Mentager learning you can measure
A 90-second product explainer for Mentager, an award-winning platform that rebuilds on-the-job learning for teams that no longer share an office. We shaped the story, cut the footage and animated the graphics that carry it.
Explain the invisible, in ninety seconds
When work went remote, the informal learning that used to happen over a desk (the quick question, the over-the-shoulder correction, the encouragement) quietly disappeared. Mentager replaces it with a custom, on-the-job learning path for every employee.
The catch: it's an abstract idea. Competency measured instead of knowledge, coaching loops, microlearns, ROI you can actually calculate. The film had to make all of that land fast, for a decision-maker who'd give it one watch.
Open on a number, build to a payoff
We opened on a stat with weight (the hundred-plus hours every employee spends in training each year) to make the stakes concrete before a single feature appears. From there the edit follows a clean arc: the problem remote work created, the way Mentager answers it, and the ROI that justifies it.
Motion graphics do the heavy lifting where the concept turns intangible, animating competency, coaching and measurement into visuals a viewer can hold onto. It all runs against a calm, confident voiceover that lands on a single call to action.
A number that lands
The film opens on the cost of training at scale, so the value of doing it better is felt before the product is even shown.
Abstract made tangible
Competency measurement, coaching loops and microlearns (the parts you can't photograph) are animated into visuals that read at a glance.
Built to convert
Every beat is paced toward one outcome: a viewer who reaches the end ready to start a conversation.
